5 1/2 c. all purpose flour (or 6 c. pastry flour)
2 tsp. salt
1 lb. lard
1 T. vinegar
1 egg, slightly beaten
water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine flour and salt.
2. Cut lard until mixture resembles coarse meal with a few larger pieces.
3. Combine vinegar and egg in a measuring cup.
4. Add water to make one cup.
5. Stir liquid gradually into lard mixture.
6. Add only enough liquid to make dough cling together.
7. Gather into a ball, wrap and put in fridge or freezer until ready to use.
