1 egg yolk, well beaten
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. water
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. light corn syrup
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Cook in (top of) double boiler until thick, stirring very frequently.
3. Beat before using.
4. Serve hot or cold over ice cream.
