1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower combination, thawed and drained*
1 (10.75 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can Durkee French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 c cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can fried onions. Pour into a 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 min. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, 5 min longer.
(*I always use fresh vegetables, approximately 1 1/2 to 2 c. of each: carrots, cauliflower, broccoli. I cut them into bite size pieces. I put the carrots in a pot and bring them to a boil with a little water. Then I add the broccoli an cauliflower just bringing to a boil. Discard the water used and follow the instructions as above.)
