1 c. celery (or more), diced
2 1/2 lb. pkg. frozen halibut steaks, thawed (or use fresh)
2 T. salad oil
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. dill weed
3 T. lemon juice
6 thin slices onion
6 thin slices lemon
3 T. pimento, diced
10 oz. can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Simmer diced celery, covered, in some water for about 8 minutes and drain.
2. Brush fish with oil and place in large shallow pan.
3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill weed, and lemon juice.
4. Top each piece of fish with slice of onion and lemon.
5. Arrange celery and pimento around fish.
6. Cover with soup diluted with milk.
7. Bake, covered, at 350º F for 30-40 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork.
