1 lb. head of cabbage
2 T. vegetable oil
2 T. cider vinegar
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 large apple, peeled cored and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Core and shred cabbage into a glass bowl.
2. Pour vinegar and oil over and toss lightly.
3. In a small bowl, combine rest of ingredients, except apple.
4. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss well.
5. Chill, covered, for at least 2 hours.
6. Prepare apple and just before serving, toss in with cabbage.
