Directions:
For crust:
Mix all ingredients together and press in to 9” spring form pan, two thirds the way up the sides.

For filling:
1. Put eggs in blender and blend well.
2. Then add all other ingredients EXCEPT sour cream and blend.
3. Add sour cream after blending and pour mixture onto crust.
4. Bake at 350º F for 35 minutes.
5. IMPORTANT: I don’t let it crack, even on the sides! After 20 minutes, watch it like a hawk. First sign of cracking, take out immediately.
6. Cool for 24 hours before springing from pan.
7. In a hurry? Put in freezer for hour before serving.
