3 # chuck
2 bulbs garlic, chopped
1 29 oz can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cans water
4 cubes beef bouillon cubes
1 cup grated Romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomato sauce, water, bouillon cubes and cheese in a large pot. Start heating on low. Brown chuck. When halfway done, add garlic and continue cooking for another 15 min. Add to sauce. Bring to a boil, turn to simmer for 2 hours. Cool and refrigerate overnight. Then cook another 2 hours to complete.
