2-3 chicken breasts, bone and skin removed
1/2 to 1 lb fettuccine noodles, cooked
1/2 cup butter
2 cloves garlic minced
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups fresh Parmesan cheese, grated.
Pinch of nutmeg

Directions:

Wrap chicken breasts in aluminum foil and bake oven for 25 minutes until done. Boil pasta while chicken is baking as directed on package. Add a teaspoon of olive oil to the water.

1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat melt butter. Add garlic, heavy cream and pepper.
2. Bring to a low boil and reduce heat to medium low and simmer 8 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and slowly add cheese.
4. Return to stove on low and cook 2 to 3 minutes stirring constantly.
5. Add a pinch of nutmeg
6 Serve hot.
