1 large can peach halves
1 large can apricot halves
1 large can pear halves
1 large can pineapple chunks
1 jar maraschino cherries
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
2/3 cup flour
1 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Drain fruit.
3. Arrange fruit in a buttered 9 x13" baking dish with the hollow side up.
4. In a separate pan, melt the butter. Add the flour and brown sugar. Cook until thick on medium heat, stirring constantly.
5. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
6. Pour over fruit and bake for 30-40 minutes.

Our Christmas dinners would not be complete without hot fruit! It is colorful and oh so yummy! It could totally pass as a dessert too, but Mom I would disagree. It belongs in the veggie section of the cookbook!:)
