2 onions, thinly sliced or chopped
1 lb. hamburger beef
1 T. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can vegetable soup
1 1/2 c. potatoes, diced and cooked

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown onions and beef in oil on hot skillet.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
3. Pour in to casserole dish.
4. Bake at 350º F for 20 minutes.
