2 sticks of Margarine
2 Tbls Cocoa
1 C Water
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 C Sour Milk (buttermilk)
2 C Flour
2 C Sugar
1 tsp. Salt

ICING INGREDIENTS:
1 stick Margarine
4 T Cocoa
6 T Milk
1 Box Confectioners Sugar (powdered sugar)
1 T Vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1 C Chopped Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
CAKE DIRECTIONS: Mix margarine, cocoa and water in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Beat eggs, baking soda, vanilla and sour milk in a bowl. Add flour, sugar and salt to egg mixture. Then add cocoa mixture. Pour in greased & floured roll pan. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes. Let cool slightly then ice. To sour milk: add a teaspoon of lemon juice or vinegar.

ICING DIRECTIONS: Bring margarine, cocoa and milk to boil. Add conf. sugar, vanilla and chopped nuts.
