1 lb. butter
2 1/4 cups sugar
4 cups self rising flour
1 1/2 lbs. pineapple (glazed) yellow
1 1/2 lbs. cherries (glazed) red
2 pack white raisins
2 qts. pecans
3-4 lbs. fresh coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
8 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250.
2. Combine eggs, sugar and butter.
3. Mix nuts and fruit in flour. Add to butter mixture.
4. Add vanilla and coconut.
5. Bake for 2 1/2 hours or until cake tester comes out clean.
