1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 lb. hamburger meat
2 lbs original Jimmy Dean sausage
1 large can Tomato Sauce
2 small cans diced fire roasted tomatoes, blended
2 small cans tomato paste
1 small can Rotel Tomatoes Original, blended
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. Smokey Mesquite seasoning
1/2 cup ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Smokey mesquite seasoning
1 small can black beans or whatever beans you like.

1. Brown 1 pound hamburger seasoned with 1 tbsp. Smokey mesquite seasoning and 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce; drain grease.
2. Brown sausage browned; drained grease.
3. Place cooked ground beef and sausage in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until all is mixed evenly.
4. Set the crock pot on low and cook the chili overnight. Taste the chili and add more cayenne if needed or Worcestershire sauce if you like.
5. About an hour before you eat the chili add the beans and let them get hot before you serve.
