12 Asparagus Spears
4 lg. (14 x 18) sheets Phyllo Dough
4 Tbsp Salted Butter-melted
12 thin slices Prosciutto
12 thin slices Cheddar cheese
Bowl of ice water

Directions:
Directions:
OVEN 375 10-12 min cookie sheet
Boil salted water , cook asparagus for 1 min
Transfer to ice water with a slotted spoon
When cool, transfer to paper towels to drain. Pat dry
Lay first sheet of phyllo dough on cutting board, brush entire sheet with melted butter
Top with next sheet and brush with butter, etc.Do all 4 sheets Cut into 12 rectangles
On each rectangle place 1 piece of proscuitto and cheese
Place an asparagus spear on top with tips extending beyond the edges
Roll phyllo up around asparagus and brush with additional butter
Place rolls on baking sheet and bake until golden brown
