1 stick of butter
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp flour
3 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1 unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, eggs, and vanilla and mix together. Stir in buttermilk. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 1 hour.
It is done when a sharp knife inserted in center comes out clear.
