1 cup peanuts
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup white corn syrup
1tsp butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp Baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together sugar and white corn syrup in a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Place in microwave and cook 4 min. Add peanuts and stir. Cook 3 min. Add butter and vanilla. Blend well, syrup will be very hot. Return to microwave and cook 2 min. Add baking soda. Gently stir until mixture is light and foamy. Pour mixture onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Let cool 1/2 to 1 hour. When cool, break into small pieces.
