1 chicken boiled and cut up, or 2 large chicken breast cooked and cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz. carton sour cream
1/2 c. chicken broth from cooked chicken or canned
2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
4 Tbsp melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300.º Grease a 9x12 inch oblong pan. Mix all ingredients except for crackers and butter, and pour into greased oblong pan. Top with crumbled Ritz crackers and pour melted butter on top of crackers. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes or till bubbly.

Good served on top of rice.
