Cooking Apples (McIntosh, Johnathon or yellow delicious)
¾ c brown sugar
½ c sugar
2 T (slightly heaping) flour
¾ c water
¼ c red hots
marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, core and cut apples in half. Place apples cut side up in 9x13 pan. Mix together brown sugar, sugar, and flour. Stir in water until blended and pour mixture over apples. Spread red hots over apples. Bake in 350º degree oven. When apples begin to bubble carefully turn them over so the rounded side of the apple is up. When apples are done (easily poked with fork) add marshmallows and brown.
