Ingredients:  
1 c butter softened
1 c packed brown sugar
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 ½ c flour
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
3 c quick oats
½ c finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, cream butter with both sugars until combined. Add beaten eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl combine flour, salt and baking soda. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture. Stir in oats and pecans. Divide dough in ½ and place on wax paper. Roll the dough into a log and wrap tightly. You can freeze dough to use later or slice dough into cookie rounds. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes until golden brown.
