1 egg white
1 t cinnamon
1 c sugar
¾ t salt
1 ½ T vanilla
1 T water
1 lb pecan halves
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl beat egg white until foamy. Mix in cinnamon, sugar, salt, vanilla and water. Stir in pecan halves. Spread on greased baking sheet. Bake at 250º for 60 minutes stirring every 15 minutes.
