4 c self rising flour
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs baking powder
2 c buttermilk
2/3 c shortening
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, but do not knead. Roll out to 1" thick.
Cut and brush tops with additional buttermilk
Place on greased cookie sheet
Bake at 400º for 15 minutes
