Turkey (use the left overs from turkey)
4-8 potatoes (if you want it thicker add 8 potatoes)
1 onion
3-4 celery stalks
Salt and pepper to taste
Boiling Water (later to become stock)

Directions:
Directions:
Add turkey leftovers into a large pot of boiling water and cook for about an hour or until the meat pulls off the bone easily. Remove turkey from water and do not discard water. Pull meat from the bones and discard bones and unwanted pieces.
Peel potatoes and and cube. Chop celery and onion. Add all ingredients into stock and cook until the vegetables are soft. Add salt and pepper to taste.
