1 lb. Ground Beef
1 C. Low Carb. Spaghetti Sauce
1 C. Ricotta Cheese
1 Egg, beaten
1 1/2 C. Shredded Mozerella Cheese
1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
20-25 Slices Pepperoni

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and drain. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 min. In a small bowl, mix ricotta, egg, 1/4C. mozerella and Italian seasoning. Beat well with fork. Grease 8x8 glass baking dish. Spread beef mixture on botton. Spread ricotta mix on top of beef. Lay 1/2 pepperoni on top of ricotta. Put remaining mozerella over pepperoni and lay remaining pepperoni on top of cheese. Bake until bubbly, about 20 min.
