2 1/2 Tbsp. Butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
2 1/2 C. Milk
2 1/4 C. Cracker Barrel Xtra Sharp, 1 package
2 1/4 C. Uncooked Elbow Macaroni

Directions:
In a saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat; Blend in flour, salt and dry mustard. Add milk, heat stirring constantly until sauce thickens a little and is smooth. Add cheese; cook until melted, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile cook macaroni and drain. Combine the sauce and macaroni in a sprayed casserole dish. Bake 375º 20-25 minutes.

I usually double the recipe and use a 9x13 glass pan. You can top with shredded cheddar if you desire.
