3 egg yolks
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet 3 tbsp. brown sugar , 3 tbsp. butter and 5 slices pineapple.
Beat egg yolks at high speed 1 min add sugar gradually. Add hot water and beat again. Sift in dry ingredients then gradually add flavoring. Pour on top of brown sugar mixture.
