Dressing:
6 tbsp. olive oil
1 1⁄2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, crushed & minced

Salad: (Rinse all vegetables well)
4 small red & green petite lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 small container cherry tomatoes, whole
1 English cucumber, scored lengthwise with a fork and thinly slice
1 medium red onion, cut into thin rings
1 small green bell pepper, cut into thin rings
3⁄4 c. kalamata olives
3⁄4 c. crumbled feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all salad ingredients, except cheese, in large bowl.
Toss with dressing.
Sprinkle cheese over salad and serve.
