3 qts. water
1 lemon, sliced
4 lbs.large shrimp, unpeeled
2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. hot pepper sauce
1 t. minced garlic
1 t. olive oil
1 1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. seafood seasoning
1 1/2 t. dried basil
1 1/2 t. dried oregano
1 1/2 t. dried thyme
1 1/2 t. parsley, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and lemon to a boil; add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes
or until shrimp turn pink. Drain well; rinse with cold water. Chill then peel and remove vein from shrimp. Place shrimp in a large heavy-duty plastic zipping bag.

Combine vegetable oil and remaining 9 ingredients; stir well and pour
over shrimp. Seal bag; marinate in refrigerator 8 hours.,
Drain before serving. .
