9 eggs
3 cups milk
1 t salt
1 1/2 t dry mustard
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c shredded swiss cheese
1 c cubed ham (optional)
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard with wire wisk.
Butter 9 x 13 glass pan.
Cube 4 slices bread in pan and pour egg mixture over and put cheeses and optional ham over top.
Bake 350 for 45 minutes
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered.
Let sit 15 minutes before serving.
