½ c butter
1 ½ c regular rice, uncooked
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp sage
2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 ½ c water or a little more
4 chicken breasts or chicken strips to cover top
Black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in casserole dish. Stir in onion, seasonings, soup, water, rice & pepper. Place chicken on top of mixture & cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
