1 pound ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
4 oz. cream cheese
16 jumbo pasta shells (a box of Barilla has enough for two meals--plus)
1 1/2 cups salsa (hot or not, as desired)
1 cup taco sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese

For Topping:
3 green onions
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 350
Brown meat, add seasoning and cream cheese.

Simmer until cheese is melted. COOL.

Cook shells according to package. Drain and separate on cookiesheet.

Pour salsa on bottom of a 13 x 9 baking dish.

Evenly cover shells with taco sauce.

Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

Add shredded cheese and bake 10-15 minutes more with foil removed.

Top with green onions, sour cream, olives, or salsa
