12 oz. powdered sugar
1 1/2 oz. cocoa
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
2 egg whites
8 oz. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Line cookie sheet with parchment (wax) paper.
3. Place sugar, cocoa, and flour in mixer and beat until well blended.
4. Beat in egg whites one at a time, scraping the bowl often. Beat at high speed for one minute.
5. Fold in pecans.
6. Drop by tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheet, leaving 2 inches between each cookie.
7. Bake one sheet at a time for 15 minutes, turning the cookie sheet around halfway through the baking time.
8. Remove from oven and cool on paper. Place cookies in freezer for one hour. Remove from freezer and peel off the parchment paper. Store in an air tight container.
