Ingredients: Preheat oven to 350 3 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened 3 Tbls melted butter 2 cup cooked chicken.......about 2 breasts 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 can crescent rolls 3/4 cup crushed seasoned croutons, or cornflakes

Directions:Cook chicken breasts in a skillet with a little olive oil........you can shred or chop it up! Blend cream cheese and 2 Tbls. butter, (reserving 1 tbls butter) until smooth. Add next 6 ingredients, mixing well. Seperate crescent into 4 squares. firmly press perforations to seal. Spoon 1.2 cup of meat mix onto center of each rectangle. Pull 4 corners together to top center of chicken mixture, twist slightly and seal edges. Brush tops with reserved butter, dip in crushed croutons or corn flakes. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 20 to 25 minutes until golded brown.
These freeze well-cook at 300º for 1 hour if frozen.

It's tasty and filling.........why didnt I ever make it? I did years ago, then lost the recipe......found it again when I was creating this masterpiece cookbook!! Enjoy!!
