Chicken breasts (1 per person)
Medium potatoes (1 per person, pared and cut French fry style)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Line a baking dish (9 x 13) with tin foil for easy clean up.
3. Place chicken breasts in baking dish with the hollow side up.
4. Place the sliced potatoes into the hollow of the chicken and top with soup.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Cover with tin foil and back for approximately 1 1/2 hours.

Personal Notes:
Instead of potatoes, you can use Pepperidge Farm stuffing. Just moisten the stuffing with a couple of teaspoons of water before covering with the soup. Super tasty!
