4 slices of bacon 1 chopped onion
1/4c green onions 1 c chopped celery
salt & pepper 2 large potatoes
2 c boiling water 1 can of mushrooms
1 pt cereal cream 3 T butter
3 T flour 1/2 t celery salt
1/2 t thyme 1/2t pepper
2 tins of baby clams with juice

Directions:
Directions:
Add water & veg and potatoes ( cut up) and boil potatoes are done. Fry bacon in sauce pan then drain half of the fat. Add chopped onions, celery seasoning with salt & pepper. Make a paste witht the flour and some of the cream. Set aside add remaining cream, clams witht he juice, butter & spices. Thicken with flour
