1 PKG(8 ounces) CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
1 TSP LEMON JUICE
2 TSP GRATED ONION
1 TSP HORSERADISH, OR MORE TO TASTE
1/2 TSP SALT
1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
3 TBSP CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY
CRACKERS, CELERY AND MINI PEPPERS FOR SERVING

MIX FIRST 6 INGREDIENTS AND CHILL FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS. MIX CHOPPED PARSLEY AND CHOPPED PECANS. ROLL TUNA/CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE INTO A LOG. ROLL LOG IN PECAN/PARSLEY MIXTURE. SERVE WITH CRACKERS, CELERY STICKS AND MINI PEPPERS.
