4-6 Poblano Peppers Roasted and skin off/ Chiles Poblanos Asados y pelados
Shredded Cheese to stuff peppers*shredded chicken optional / Queso para rellenar chiles *Pollo Opcional
1 8oz-16oz Mexican Cream/ Crema Mexicana
1 Med Onion diced fine/Cebolla Mediana picada finamente
1-2 Tomatoes diced fine/ Tomate picado
1 Jalapeņo diced fine/ Jalapeņo picado finamente
Cilantro chopped/ Cilantro picado
1 tbsp Chicken flavor buillion/ Cucharada de consome de pollo
1 Pomegranate*(when in season seeded )/ Granada* (En temporada) semillas demenuzadas
Chopped nuts- pecans but I've used any nut /Nuez picada o cual quier otra tipo de nuez
Cooking Oil/ Aciete para cosinar

Stuff peppers with cheese/chicken or both and set aside. In a skillet heat pan to med add oil then saute onion and jalapeņos then add tomatoes. Add about 8 oz of Mexican cream and a bit of water add chicken bullion,and cilantro. Stir sauce add more cream/water if needed (needs to be saucy) put stuffed peppers in microwave so cheese can melt. To serve pour (A LOTTTTT) sauce over pepper(s) then sprinkle pomegranate seeds and chopped nuts. Rice and refried beans goes well with this dish. Chips or tortillas to scoop up that delicious sauce !! Omggg my mouth is watering......

Rellena chiles con queso/pollo o los dos y pon a un lado. En un sarten calienta poco aciete y guisa cebolla y jalapeņo despues agrega tomate revuele. Agrega 8 oz de la crema, poca agua,consome y cilantro. Mueve la salsa hechale mas crema/agua nesecita estar un poco caldosita la salsa. Calienta chiles en el microwave para que se derita el queso. Para servir se pone el chile se le hecha bastanteeeee salsa (es lo que a mi me gusta) granadas y nuez picada. Arroz y frijoles refritos se acompaņan muy bien con este platillo. Que no falten las tortillas ! La BOCA se me hace agua ay mama !!!!

I LOVE THIS RECIPE especially when Pomegranates are in season* I still make when they're not lol ~Poblano peppers are my all time favorite~
