1 lb ground meat
2 cloves garlic minced
1 c. celery chopped
1 small bell pepper chopped
1/2 c. rice uncooked
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat garlic, celery, and bell pepper. Spoon off excess fat. Stir in uncooked rice, chili powder, water, and diced tomatoes. Cover and let simmer for 45 minutes.

I like this recipe that Mom gave me. It has a different twist to hash with a chili-like flavor.
