3 lb pork, veal, beef mix
3-4 slices of white bread
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
4 egg
1 1/2 cup parmesean cheese
4 tbsp of fresh parsley
1 cup italian breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
place bread in a bowl and pour enough water to moisten. add meat mixture to softened bread. beat eggs, cheese, parsley in a seperate bowl. then add this with the meats as well as breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. knead mixture with hands. mixture should be creamy and soft if not add more bread.

cook in frying pan with some evoo. buona appetita.
