1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can whole kernel corn
1 cup salsa
3/4 cup water
chili powder to taste
3/4 cup uncooked long grain white rice
1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast cut into 1 inch squares
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Step 1
Heat the oven to 375°F.

Step 2
Stir the soup, water, rice, salsa, corn and chili powder in an 9x13-inch baking dish. Place the chicken on the rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional chili powder, if desired. Cover the baking dish.

Step 3
Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender. Sprinkle with the cheese.
