1 pound veal scallops
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup Marsala wine
Salt and pepper
flour
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle veal with salt and pepper and dredge in flour. Cook in butter or a combination of butter and oil in a heavy frying pan over medium heat until lightly brown on both sides. Watch carefully because it cooks very fast. Remove veal and keep warm. Saute mushrooms in remaining butter, adding a little more if necessary. Add wine and boil until slightly thickened. Pour sauce over veal and serve.
