2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup milk (or buttermilk)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450.
2. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together.
3. Add melted butter and about 3/4 cup of the milk. Stir just until moistened. Add more milk a tablespoon at a time if too dry.
4. Immediately drop by heaping tablespoons onto lightly greased (or lined with parchment paper) cookie sheet.
5. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges turn golden brown.
