1 c. pecans, finely chopped
2/3 c. bourbon
1 stick of butter
2 lbs. confectioners' sugar
chocolate for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Let nuts stand in bourbon overnight. Work butter and sugar together until mixture is in fine crumbs like meal. Add bourbon, a little at a time. Work in pecans. Form into balls about the size of large marbles and chill. Or you can use a pastry tube to fill chocolate covered molds.

Store in refrigerator.
Use only bonded bourbon, any proof.
