1 1/2 C Vegetable Oil
2 C Sugar
3 eggs
3 C Flour-sifted
1 tsp Baking Soda-sifted
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
3 C Apples-sliced (Golden Delicious)
1 C Raisins
1 C Nuts-chopped
Topping----Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
OVEN 350 1 hour and 15 min greased and floured bundt pan

Beat oil, sugar.
Add eggs- one at a time and beat until creamy
Add all else ---use slowest speed of mixer
Spoon mixture into pan
Bake
When cool sprinkle with powdered sugar
Can substitute Chocolate chips for raisins
