1/2 lb Butter
2 Egg Yolks
1 C Sugar
pinch of Salt
2 C Cake Matzo Meal - sifted
2 tsp Lemon Zest
1 tsp Vanilla
1 lb jar of Apricot Preserves
1/2 C Nuts- chopped
1/4- 1/2 C Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
OVEN 325º 20 min greased 9 x 13 baking dish

Spread 3/4 of the dough in pan using bottom and sides
Bake for 20 min
Refrigerate rest of dough
Mix preserves , nuts and lemon juice
Remove dough from oven and while hot, spread preserve mixture over dough
Crumble remaining dough over preserves
Bake 30-35 min
Cut when cool
