8 eggs-separated
1/4 C Potato Flour-sifted
3/4 C Cake Matzo Meal-sifted
pinch Salt
6 Tbsp Orange Juice
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 1/2 C Sugar
Zest of 1 Lemon

OVEN 350º 45 min. ungreased Tube Pan

Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry
Add 3/4 C sugar, gradually, and beat well
Add Salt and beat
Separately-beat yolks with remaining sugar, juice and zest-10 min
Add to beaten egg whites
Mix well
Add sifted ingredients
Bake
When remove from oven invert pan and allow to cool
