1 pkg butter-flavor cake mix (prepare and cook in 8 in. layers) Split to 4 layers.

1- 8oz pkg sour cream

2 cups sugar

4 bags of frozen coconut (Tropic Isle)

1 1/2 cup whipping cream

1 pkg butter-flavor cake mix (prepare and cook in 8 in. layers) Split to 4 layers.

1- 8oz pkg sour cream

2 cups sugar

2- 6oz of frozen coconut (Tropic Isle)

Blend and chill. Spread all but 1 cup between layers. Blend remaining cup with 1 1/2 cups whipping cream. Spread on top and sides. Sprinkle with 2 more bags of coconut. Seal airtight and store in refrigerator 3 days before cutting.
