1 sheet puff pastry dough
1 container of Brie cheese (softened)
1 egg (beaten)
1 bunch asparagus
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t Italian seasoning
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F

Lay out sheet of defrosted puff pastry dough on greased cookie sheet. Pinch edges up to make crust. Spread thin layer of cheese over surface. Pour beaten egg evenly over cheese layer. Lay as many or as little asparagus stalks over egg and cheese.
Sprinkle with garlic and Italian seasonings. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake at 375F for 20 mins until puffy and golden.
