4 veal cutlets
flour
breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
lemon juice
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
cooking oil
lemon slices

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper veal and sprinkle with lemon juice, Dredge in flour, then in egg which has been beaten with water, then in breadcrumbs. Cook in small amount of oil in a heavy frying pan over medium heat until brown on both sides. Serve with lemon slices.
