TAPIOCA BASE:
1/2-2/3 C tapioca
4 C water
1 C sugar
1 tsp salt
1 T red food coloring
Cook tapioca till clear and sticky.
Add 1 tsp vinegar or 1 T lemon juice
FRUIT MIXTURE:
1/2 lb prunes (12)
1/2 C currants
1/4 C raisins
6 apples sliced
4 C water
1 tsp salt
1 C sugar

Directions:

Cook in separate pan till fruits are done then mix tapioca and fruits.
