Ingredients:
2 cups chicken or pork (I like chicken)
2 cans tomatoes, undrained
1 can cream corn, undrained
1 can niblet corn, undrained
1 small can Lima beans
1 can potatoes
1 stick butter
1 15-18 oz bottle of traditional barbecue sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook chicken (She uses skinless chicken breasts) in boiling water in a large pot. Remove from pot once cooked. Set chicken broth aside.
2. Add butter to large sauce pan. As it melts add BBQ sauce, corn, tomatoes, beans & potatoes to the pot. Stir.
3. Add pulled pork or chicken to the pot.
4. Add salt & pepper to taste.
5. Cook mixture about 15 minutes, but the longer it cooks the better it tastes. The broth can be used to thin the Brunswick stew, as needed.
